NusaFab is a precision manufacturer in Cikarang. Engineers send us a model and a tolerance; we send back a part that fits, with the paperwork to prove it.
Our story
One lathe in 2003. Two plants today.
NusaFab started as a job shop with a single manual lathe and three people, taking overflow work from the automotive suppliers around Cikarang. The first CNC center arrived in 2007, bought secondhand and paid off over four years.
The turn came in 2012, when a medical device customer asked for something nobody else nearby would quote: full dimensional reports on every shipment. Building that habit forced us to document everything — and documentation turned out to be the product as much as the parts were.
Today we run 42 CNC centers across two plants, and the quality system that started with one demanding customer now covers aerospace and medical work.

We quote honestly
If a tolerance is unrealistic or a feature will double the cost, we say so before you order — not after the first article fails.

One engineer owns your job
The person who reviews your drawing stays with the part through production. No handoffs, no repeating yourself.

Documentation ships with the parts
Material certs, inspection data and traceability arrive in the same box. You should never have to chase paperwork.

We tell you early when we slip
Schedules move. We would rather give you three weeks of warning than a perfect on-time record built on silence.
