Sustainability

Cleaner work, measured honestly.

Manufacturing uses energy, water and metal. We publish what we use and what we have cut, including the targets we are behind on.

Our focus

Four things we actually control

  • 01

    Energy at the spindle

Rooftop solar on both plants, plus variable-speed compressors and scheduled shutdowns on idle machines.

  • 02

    Metal that comes back

Chips are segregated by alloy at the machine and sold back into the melt stream instead of mixed scrap.

  • 03

    Coolant and water

Central coolant management extends fluid life; the powder coat line runs a closed-loop rinse.

  • 04

    People go home intact

Machine guarding, extraction at the weld cell, and a safety record we publish whether it improved or not.

Targets

Where we are against 2030

Baseline year is 2022. Figures are for both plants combined and are reviewed with our ISO 14001 audit.
