What working here is actually like

You will be trained on real machines
New machinists spend their first six months paired with a senior operator, on production work, not a training rig.

Your name is on the job
Whoever sets a part up signs the inspection sheet. Good work is visible and so is the other kind.

Shifts are planned, not sprung
Overtime is scheduled two weeks out. Weekend work is voluntary and paid at the statutory rate or better.

There is somewhere to go
Half our supervisors started on the shop floor. We pay for certification courses that lead somewhere.

Practical assessment
For shop floor roles, a paid half day on a machine. For office roles, a short task from real work.

We commit to a decision within five working days of the assessment, either way.
