Our product
We don't sell parts. We make yours.
There is no catalogue here. Every job starts from your model, your tolerance and your volume — from a single prototype to a nine thousand unit run.
What we make
Six things we build most often
If your part does not fit any of these, send it anyway. Most of what we quote started as something unusual.
01
Hydraulic & valve bodies
Multi-port manifolds in aluminium and stainless, pressure tested and tagged before shipping.
02
Enclosures & housings
Folded, welded and finished sheet metal for instruments, controllers and switchgear.
03
Battery trays & brackets
Structural assemblies for EV programmes, robot welded with fixtures we build in house.
04
Surgical & instrument parts
Small stainless and titanium components under ISO 13485, with full traceability per lot.
05
Frames, skids & weldments
Large fabricated structures for process equipment, machined after welding where flatness matters.
06
Prototypes & first articles
One-off parts run on production machines, so the prototype tells you what production will do.

How an order runs
From your file to your loading dock
- STEP 01
Quote in 48 hours
Send a STEP or IGES file with quantity and target date. You get a price and a lead time, not a form letter.
- STEP 02
Manufacturability review
An engineer flags features that will cost you money or scrap. You approve the changes before anything is cut.
- STEP 03
First article
We run one part on the production setup and send the dimensional report. Nothing scales until you sign it off.
- STEP 04
Production & delivery
Batches ship with material certs and inspection data in the box. Schedule changes reach you early, not late.
Send a model, get a real number.
Upload your CAD file with the quantity you need. An engineer replies within two working days.
